Wills

Barry is available to prepare Estate Documents for clients. Wills which include a simple trust for the benefit of children can also be prepared.
Barry recommends that at the time you execute your Will, you sign a Durable Power of Attorney, a General Power of Attorney and Advanced Medical Directives. The Durable Power of Attorney gives authority to someone to act on your behalf in the event you become incapacitated. The Advanced Medical Directive, commonly called a Living Will, informs your family, friends, and the medical community of your desires for medical treatment if you become incapacitated or unable to communicate.
